Helpful Tools and Recommendations
Start here: Business Tools | Wellness and Comfort Tools
Here is where I share tools, products, and recommendations that can support real life and business in simple, practical ways.
Some are tools I use or recommend to help make business feel simpler and more manageable. Others are items that can help make everyday life feel a little easier, more comfortable, and more manageable.
I only share resources that I believe are genuinely helpful and a good fit for this space.
Business Tools
Here you will find business tools that can help you stay organized, work more simply, grow your email list, and support the work you are building behind the scenes.
Google Workspace
Google Workspace is one of the tools I use every single day in my business and honestly would not want to be without. It helps me keep my email, calendar, documents, and files together in one place so things feel simpler, more organized, and easier to manage.
Systeme.io
Systeme.io is the platform I use for so much of the behind the scenes work in my business. It helps me create pages, manage forms, send emails, and keep things moving without needing a bunch of different tools to do it all.
Trello
Trello is truly my second brain. I use it to keep track of everything from my to do workflow to content creation and my blog post workflow. It helps me see what needs to be done, what is in progress, and what comes next, which makes business feel much more organized and manageable.
Canva
Canva is my go to app for creating images I can feel proud of. I use it for graphics, blog images, reels, and so much more. It helps me create content in a way that feels simple, creative, and much less overwhelming.
Notion
Notion is where I keep all of my learning notes from the courses I purchase. I love having one place where I can save ideas, training notes, and things I want to come back to later. It helps me keep what I am learning organized so it does not get lost.
Not every tool I share here is an affiliate link. Some are simply tools I use and love in my own business.
Wellness and Comfort Tools
Here you will find practical items and simple supports that can help with comfort, focus, daily routines, and making everyday life feel a little easier.
Chilling Home Pregnancy Pillow
This is one of those products I truly love because it feels like getting two kinds of support in one. It works as a full body pillow, but it can also be folded and used like a wedge pillow to prop you up in bed while you read, work, or just relax. I love products that make everyday comfort a little easier, and this one does exactly that.
Mia&Coco Electric Heating Pad
This heating pad is on my wish list because it looks like such a great option for the areas where I need the most comfort and support. I already have a shorter heating pad that works well for my upper back, shoulders, and neck, but I love that this one is larger and can cover even more. Since most of my discomfort tends to be in my back and neck, this feels like the kind of product that could make rest and recovery a whole lot easier.
Pogo Water Bottle
I love this water bottle because it comes in a variety of sizes and colors, which makes it easy to choose one that truly fits your needs and personal style. I really believe that when you love the health tools you use, you are much more likely to reach for them every day, and this is one of those simple things that can make staying hydrated feel easier and more enjoyable.
Reusable Hot and Cold Ice Packs
I like that this set gives you flexible support for so many of the places that tend to need it most, like knees, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. Having reusable hot and cold packs on hand can be such a simple way to bring more comfort to sore muscles and achy joints, and I love that this set gives you options depending on what your body needs that day.
