My Story

I was around 45 when exhaustion slowly took over my life. At first, I thought it was just work stress, but no matter how much I rested, I never felt refreshed. My body ached constantly, like I had the flu that never went away. Doctor after doctor ran tests, but everything came back “normal.”

They kept asking if I was depressed, and while I didn’t think I was, the repeated questioning made me wonder. One day, after what felt like the hundredth visit, they asked again. Frustrated, I snapped back, “You’re the doctor—shouldn’t you know?”

That moment led to a new doctor running different tests, and suddenly, the puzzle pieces started to fit. The results showed Epstein-Barr Virus, which can lead to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME). I also had hypothyroidism, and a couple of years later, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Even with answers, I kept pushing myself to live the life I had before—working double shifts, ignoring the signals my body was sending. And, of course, my body pushed back harder.

As time went on, my health continued to decline. Then, I started experiencing never-ending periods, which left me even more drained and struggling to function. It was the final straw. My body no longer gave me a choice—I had to quit my job. Later, I learned the severe periods were caused by both my thyroid issues and endometriosis.

The hits kept coming, and in 2013, I was also diagnosed with ADHD. For years, I fought against my reality, trying to hold onto the life I once had. But the truth was, I needed to create a new life—one that worked with my body instead of against it.

Why I Do What I Do

I know what it’s like to feel like your body has betrayed you. To feel exhausted, frustrated, and overwhelmed, wondering if you’ll ever feel like you have a life again—one where you’re not just surviving, but actually living. I also know the struggle of trying to build a business or income when energy is limited, motivation comes in waves, and brain fog makes even simple tasks feel impossible.

But here’s what I’ve learned: You don’t have to settle.

It took time, trial and error, and a whole lot of mindset work, but I found a way to reclaim my health, boost my income, and create a life that truly works for me—without burnout or overwhelm.
